Looking Forward to Fall

I have greatly enjoyed summer 2019. As a family we reconnected with family and friends and in doing so, we have seen how God is at work in people’s lives. As the sun sets a little earlier now and as the nights are cooler, I am starting to look forward to Fall. September and October are my favourite months. The colours change and church life really gets going again as people return from their summer travels. This Fall I am excited to see how God works in the life of His church here in northwest Ontario. What Did You Expect?

This past weekend, I attended the 5th annual, “Walk By Faith Conference“, which was hosted by Fort William Baptist Church, Thunder Bay, Ontario. I am thankful to God for those who hosted, served in various ways and preached the Word of God. As a Pastor, it is always a blessing to sit in the pew and hear what the Lord has laid upon the hearts of other men as they teach from the Scriptures. The theme this year was: Walking by Faith in the face of Opposition. My desire in writing here is to encourage your heart as you seek to live for Christ, delighting in Him as your greatest treasure.
